ION HEP Power Meter cannot be access via Telnet or FTP after upgrading to firmware V2.2.1

Issue
There is no option to enable Telnet and FTP in the meter or ION Setup in the firmware V2.2.1
Cannot access the meter through Telnet and FTP.

Resolution
The Firmware V2.2.1 release has moved a step closer towards making our meters more secure.
This firmware supports SFTP and SSH. Secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), completely replacing FTP. SFTP adds a layer of encryption, through secure Socket shell (SSH) replacing telnet, that helps prevent unauthorized access, uploads and downloads to the meter. The support of FTP and Telnet is removed.
