Issue
Can't download to a new HMIGTO / HMIGK using Vijeo Designer v6.2 SP11 or older.

Vijeo Designer v6.2
Cause
The new HMIGTO/HMIGK families have a hardware component change that requires newer Vijeo Designer versions.
Resolution
The Harmony HMIGTO and HMIGK families of HMIs withSV4.0 or later on the sticker on the back of the HMI need to be programmed with Vijeo Designer v6.2 Service Pack 12 minimum.

The Harmony HMIGTO and HMIGK families of HMIs withSV5.0 or later on the sticker on the back of the HMI need to be programmed with Vijeo Designer v6.3 minimum. Note: Vijeo Designer v6.3 requires a new license.
