What does the error message “The provided CustomerId ‘<example>’ does not match the expected CustomerId” mean in Power Advisor (PA) and how should I address it?
This upload error message is triggered when the ‘Account ID’ you input into the PA Data Extractor during data extraction doesn’t match the ‘expected CustomerID’, which is the PA Account ID in the PA CRM system.
Discrepancies in these IDs can lead to data inconsistencies. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
- Register your site using the correct ‘Account ID’.
- Input the correct ‘Account ID’ when extracting your data file.
- Upload data onto the appropriate PA customer site.
