Description of the issue:
- Connect a TransferPact Active Automatic or EM3570 in the Management Console.
- Check the time sync with PME.

Workaround:
- Open the .XML file for that device type, either from the config\translator folder if using a modified file or from the system\translator folder.
- Change the DeviceTimeLocale to "Local" in the XML file as shown in the attached screenshot below.
- Restart the ION Network Router service.
