Can the TSXETG100 be reset to factory default?
No. If you need to find the IP address, you can use a utility such as Wireshark (www.wireshark.org) to get a network trace while the TSXETG100 is rebooting or resetting. You could also connect to the RS232 serial port using HyperTerminal and assign it a new address.
