Unable to load a VML file from USB on Harmony iPC when using EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert

Issue:

Nothing happens when trying to load a VML file in EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert on an iPC

Resolution:

When installing a VML file via the Hardware Configuration Manager in EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert Runtime on a Harmony iPC, it is absolutely important to run the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert Runtime as an administrator. In other words, you must right-click on the shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator" before you attempt to load the VML file from the Hardware Configuration Manager.
