Changed the password to EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor for Certificate mode, but cannot use the password with username login mode

Issue:

Unable to login to EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor after changing the password in Certificate mode.

EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor

Resolution:

There are two authentication modes in the EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor as follows:

1) Login with Certificate and Password

2) Login with Username and Password.

Please note that the two passwords are not the same for login methods 1 and 2. Therefore, if you made a new password using the certificate option, it does not take effect with the username login option.

In essence, the two passwords will be separately managed.
