Environment:
- ION8600 meters configured with the ION Revenue Test Framework
- Sliding Window Demand modules used for demand testing

Cause:
The sliding window demand modules are synchronized with the meter’s system clock and only reset at fixed intervals (e.g., 00, 15, 30, 45 minutes for a 15-minute period). This design prevents manual reset of the demand period, limiting flexibility during testing.
