Is "Add via file Import (.ELV)" compatible with EcoStruxure Power Commission- Desktop for device discovery?

The EcoStruxure Power Design (formerly Ecodial) program creates the ELV file. Using this file, you can discover and add devices to the project.

The ELV file import is only supported if the ELV file was created with Ecodial version 4.9.5 or lower.
