Goals and symptoms:
Potentially, when AQ1 output is supposed to be zero (0Vdc or 0mA), the AQ1 output value is at full scale (10Vdc or 20mA)
Causes and fixes:
From ATS480 version v1.1IE01, there is a nAQ1 scaling issue.
For some products when AQ1 is at zero, the internal value of AQ1 is negative because of internal AQ1 scaling
Due to this, this internal negative value is considered as a big positive value and the real AQ1 output is set at full scale.
Possible workaround is to set a AQ1 minimum output value
This can be done by adjusting [AQ1 min output] AOL1 or [AQ1 min Output] UOL1 according to [AQ1 Type] AO1T selected
[AQ1 min output] AOL1 = 0,2mA
[AQ1 min Output] UOL1 = 0,1V
This workaround is a temporary solution, the firmware evolution will be provided in a future version
