Issue:

¿Does the ACRC301S is compatible with BACnet?

Environment:

ACRC301S and ACRC301H

Cause:

The customers have doubts and confusion about the compatibility of the ACRC301S with BACnet configuration, due that the operation manual doesn’t include the corresponding paths.

The ACRC301S is compatible with BACnet, depending on the firmware version of the unit.

The newest models already came with a firmware version of v6.0.0 and higher and are supported by BACnet.

The corresponding path to configure this monitoring system is the following: Main > Configuration > Network > BACnet, this path is found at the Online Guide as well as the BACnet Application Map.

For old units, the application firmware should be v2.4.2.1+ for InRow CW ACRC301S and ACRC301H cooling units supports BACnet/IP only.

Resolution:

These models (ACRC301S and ACRC301H) are supported by BACnet, you just need to confirm the firmware version at the unit, use as reference the Online Guide and BACnet Application Map.
