Schneider Electric Advantage Select Plan for the Easy UPS 3S and Easy UPS 3M provides on-site remedial services including technical support with next-business-day response and spare parts in case of remedial repairs. 1.1 On-site Remedial Services Schneider Electric Services will dispatch qualified personnel to provide repairs in the event of a problem. All travel, labor and spares costs are included. There are three different response time options available with this plan, to allow the Customer to align the response time with the needs of their installation: next-business-day (standard response time); 4-hour 24/7 Response Upgrade; 8-hour 24/7 Response Upgrade.
