Essential Connect Plan for Symmetra PX

Schneider Electric Essential Connect Plan for Symmetra PX service offering provides a block of labor hours, parts allowance, and monitoring via EcoStruxure Asset Advisor for secure power & cooling – Predict (1) during the yearly agreement. 1.1 Labor Hour Block Schneider Electric Services will dispatch qualified personnel to provide repairs in the event of a problem. A pre-determined block of hours is included in the contract, once this block of hours is exhausted, standard labor rates will be charged. Labor hours cannot be used for proactive parts replacement. Included labor hours are 5/8 with next-business-day response. 1.2 Parts Allowance The Essential Connect service plan includes a parts allowance up to a pre-determined dollar amount. Once this allowance has been exhausted, parts will be offered at a discounted rate. Batteries, power modules, capacitors, and fans are not included in this allowance and are not eligible for discounted pricing. 1.3 EcoStruxure Asset Advisor for secure power & cooling – Predict (1) Cloud-enabled 24/7 expert remote monitoring service that proactively helps minimize downtime and helps reduce break-fix resolution time by using asset insights and analytics to provide health status together with assessment-based reports and recommendations.
