Netbotz Configuration Service

The NetBotz Configuration Service is a key part of an overall Struxureware deployment. This service includes the resources, expertise and tools to effectively and efficiently configure the NetBotz solution for optimum performance. Qualified Schneider Electric Services personnel will integrate the deployed NetBotz solution into the Customer network, allowing for real-time remote monitoring of the physical environment of your IT infrastructure. The system will be tailored to the Customer’s unique requirements, implementing your choice of notification strategies and incorporating your existing Enterprise Management Solution. A product overview on the proper use and administration of the NetBotz solution interface and features set will be available for the Customer’s operation staff. The NetBotz Configuration service is available for all NetBotz solution version 2.0 or above. This service is part of a complete suite of project services offered by Schneider Electric Services.
