3S.dat file is corrupted.
If possible please return the IMC card for analysis ("3S.dat file issue" should be mentionned in the return document)
If it is not possible to return the card :
Connect to the FTP server of the IMC card, delete 3S.dat file, switch off then on : 3S.dat will be generated again and CANOpen bus will run properly.
