User wants to know what the maximum energy reading the meter can report/send through Modbus communication and the Energy rollover value

Resolution:
The energy readings for Powerlogic PM800, CM3000,CM4000 meters are stored in blocks of 4 registers for each reading (e.g. kWh in, kWh out, kVarh, etc)
Those registers type is "MOD10" and the maximum value that can be stored in each register is 9,999
