what is difference between ics and icu ?


1. Standard IEC/EN60898-1 specifies that a circuit-breaker having a given rated short-circuit capacity Icn has a corresponding service short-circuit capacity (Ics) according to table 18 - see Attachment1.

For example, the iC60N has Icn 6000A according to the standard IEC/EN60898-1 so Ics = 6000A;
the iC60H has Icn 10000A so Ics = 7500A,…
