Resolution:
The HMISTO705, HMISTO715 and HMISTO735 does not have the ability to retain internal variable on a power cycle.
As a workaround it is possible to mimic this behavior using a recipe. In the script seen below, when the Runtime Starts, a recipe is loaded and the same recipe is saved every 15 seconds.
