SEPAM relay is showing Error code 1 in the HMI. SFT2841 gets connected and then disconnected within 2 to 3 seconds but unable to connect SFT SAV. Can you suggest?

Description/Issue:

Error code 1 appears in Sepam HMI.

Product family:

Sepam /Easergy Sepam relays

Resolution:

Please refer the attached document extracted from the user manual .

There are several possibilities on the issue & listed below for your investigation:

1)    Could you confirm that you power on the Sepam with DC voltage? We could have this kind of issue when the Sepam is powered on with AC voltage.

2)   There may be chance CCA63x is not connect or bad Plugged .Could you also confirm that all the CCA630 are connected on B1-B2 connectors?
The connector E plug-in with the strap between pins 19 and 20 and the MES modules plug in properly.

If everything is okay ,please try to connect the SFT2841 and SFT SAV & thanks to share the below information to our local customer care to help you to trouble shoot further:

1) Serial number, version, application etc .
2) SFT_SAV_Report
