How is the ATV340 drive programmed to start stop from terminals and use HMI for speed control?

Programming an ATV340 to use the dial of HMI for speed reference and digital input (DI1) for Start/Stop control

Resolution:
In the Main Menu, select Complete Settings, then Command and Reference.
Set [Ref Freq 1 Config] Fr1 to [Ref Freq-Rmt Term] LCC
Set [Control Mode] CHCF = [Separate] SEP
Verify  [Cmd channel 1] CD1 = [Terminals] TER
