Cause and Symptom:
Impossible to login to the web server of the TM3BCEIP even after reseting the default use account Administrator/Administrator.
This issue could be caused by a wrong management of unknown cookies by the TM3BCEIP.
Solution:
In order to solve the issue, open you Interner Borwser and press F12 to open the console.
Try login to the web server of the TM3BCEIP.
In the console of your Internet Browser, go to Application >> Storage >> Cookies
You will see the list of cookies.
The issue is probably caused by a cookie named "_sm_au_c",you have to delete it and then try again to connect (refresh should be enough).
