SP-C controller doesn't reply to ping request

Issue:
SP-C controller is online but doesn't reply to ping request.
 
Environment:
EcoStruxure Security Expert, SP-C
 
Resolution:
As a Cybersecurity enhancement, ping is disabled by default for the onboard Ethernet connection on SP-C with firmware V2.08.825 or higher. It can be re-enabled via Controller Commands. You can also check SP-C online status on the Security Expert software or via the SP-C web interface.
