Solution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop). *

For the default driver, b
ack up the PM5300.xml file located at $\Power Monitoring Expert\system\translator and follow the steps below:

  1. Find the exact line:  <ModbusInfo IONHandle="254145026" Name="Demand Current Avg - Present" ModbusAddress="403878" RequestType="R" Format="F32-4321" ConfigLabelHandle="166723847" NotAvailableValue="0xFFC00000" in the PM5300.xml file
  2. Add   <ConfigLabels Ordinal="8" Value="Demand Current Avg - Present - Sliding"/> between line ConfigLabel Ordinal 7 and 9 and save the file.
Example:
        <ConfigLabels Ordinal="7" Value="Demand Current Avg - Present - Sliding"/>
        <ConfigLabels Ordinal="8" Value="Demand Current Avg - Present - Sliding"/>
        <ConfigLabels Ordinal="9" Value="Demand Current Avg - Present - Sliding"/>

If the driver had been customized, back up and repeat the steps for the PM5300.xml file located at $\Power Monitoring Expert\config\translators.
