The following maximum number of AS-i modules on a local rack containing one of the following CPUs is allowed.
- BMEP581020: 2 modules
- BMEP582020: 4 modules
- BMEP582040: 4 modules
- BMEP583020: 6 modules
- BMEP583040: 6 modules
- BMEP584020: 8 modules
- BMEP584040: 8 modules
- BMEP585040: 8 modules
- BMEP586040: 8 modules
