Environment
EcoStruxure Power Operation (EPO) 2021
Matrikon OPC UA Explorer

Cause

Under the below circumstances you may observe this issue
1> In a single cluster machine, if computers DNS Name is not configured in the project.
2> In a Multi-Cluster project with several computers, only the first computer defined DNS Name in the project and other computers are empty..
3> If primary networking model for the PO machine is selected as 'Stand alone'

Resolution
1. While defining Computers in the project, each computer must have a DNS Name which should be the Windows computer name (or localhost if you are running on a standalone computer), which is used for validating security certificates.
To know windows computer name: Select Start > Control Panel > System > About >Rename this PC (Advanced)

2.Accordingly configure the Network Addresses > Address filed (with IP address or windows computer name), if in case machine has multiple network cards add a network address for each card in each computer with its IP address which you want to communicate.
Note: "Localhost" and a fully qualified domain name (complete domain name for a computer) are not supported.

After this save the project and compile.

3. Open the Computer Setup Wizard > Network Setup > make sure to select "Networked"
