Problem: The UPS displays "Check Dust Filter" Alert
Product Line: SRTG15KXLI, SRTG20KXLI
Environment: All models, all serial numbers; typically 3 months after initial installation
Cause: The SRTG15KXLI and SRTG20KXLI UPS models are not equipped with a dust filter, but the detection of the alert is enabled in the UPS. This alert does not impact the functionality of the UPS.
Resolution:
The alert can be cleared using the Esc / Clear button on the UPS front panel.
