Does the section condition variable is exported in case of section exportation ?

Two ways:
- For a unitary section export, the condition variable is not exported because, for a potential importation of this section on a other application, the consistency of application can be modify because the conditional variable can already exist.

- For all sections export (via Task exportation function), the condition variables will be exported and will be created in the "new" application.
