How can I automatically resize my panels and objects in Vijeo Designer when switching HMI targets?

Vijeo Designer v6.2
Resolution:
You can only automatically resize your panels and objects if you are going to a bigger screen resolution. If downgrading the resolution size, you will need to manually resize the objects accordingly.
There is a checkbox to check if you want it sized up automatically:
Notice you are not presented with this option when going to a lower resolution HMI:
