Issue :
NIC No response alarm appear IN Micom P546 relay .
Product :
Micom P54x & application for all Px4x relays.
Resolution:
NIC No response is major alarm and it means Ethernet card is not responding or may be having connection issue on the port.
Please conduct the below tests before report to our customer care team:
a)Ensure the healthiness of the port using ping test :
Procedure :
b) Please double the rear ports physical connection .Capture the video & share when you report the case.
c) Are you able to connect through the Easergy studio rear port (Ethernet) port & able to extract the setting ?
Can you arrange to send the below details to our local customer care to investigate through the concern tech team:
1) Micom system file i.e. .studioarch file included .Set .PSL ,Mcl/ICD file,log files(events, Disturbance records & fault records) & all in on single studio file .

Can you please arrange MCL file of unhealthy & healthy relay and complete network architecture directly extracted from the affected relays( (not in PDF format)
2) Can you explain the problem in details ie. when/what condition this issue has appeared
3) If it is related SAS issue ,Could you provide some data during fault (which relays, relays events) and network traces for deep investigation .
Describe in detail:
• Nature of the problem
• Approximate date/time when issue appeared
• Approximate date/time when troubleshooting and data collecting was done
• Tests already executed with the results
• Confirmation if captured frames are time synchronized with tested system
• List of devices with their IP addresses involved in the troubleshooting
• List of the files attached to help in the further investigation.
• Any observations which can help
4) Pointwise Reply with video for point a to c & 1 to 3.
