Title:
PME Network Diagram- EN50160: “Current Observation Period – Week”, naming mismatch.
Issue:
There is a naming mismatch in the Voltage Dips & Overvoltage tab for all ION meters that have EN50160 enabled in the Power Quality section. The text field for the "Current Observation Period - Week" is incorrectly labelled. It should instead be labelled as "Previous Observation Period - Week".
Product Line:
Power Monitoring Expert (PME) 2022, PME 2023, PME 2024
Environment:
Network diagrams (.dgm) for ION7400, ION8650, PM8000, and ION9000.
Resolution
There are two methods to resolve this issue.
Method 1:
Correcting the Naming in Vista
1.) Open Vista and navigate to the ION meter device.
2.) Go to the Power Quality tab and click the EN50160 icon.
3.) Navigate to the Overvoltage tab.
4.) Find the text box labelled "Current Observation Period - Week" as highlighted below and change the name to "Previous Observation Period - Week".
5.) Save the file.
6.) Repeat the same naming change for the Voltage Dips tab.
7.) Close the .dgm file.
Note: Since these changes are made directly on the specific ION meter's network page, the fix will apply to all other devices of the same type.
Method 2:
Direct File Correction
1.) As an alternative, you can directly edit the .dgm files using Vista application.
2.) These files are typically located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\config\diagrams\ud\default\
Follow the same steps as above to change the text field in the appropriate files.
