Symmetra™ Single Phase (Symmetra LX™, Symmetra RM™) – All Serial Numbers

Resolution:

Symmetra models that start with SYH and SYA come with a 2-year warranty for the frame, and Modules (Intelligence, battery and power modules).

• The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
• Schneider Electric reserves the right to deny warranty service in cases of misuse or product modification.

Warranty Extension:

• The warranty for the UPS and its modules can be extended by purchasing an extended warranty or service plan for the UPS frame or external battery frame.
• The warranty coverage for modules installed in these frames will follow the frame’s warranty coverage.
• Symmetra unit warranties can be extended for up to a maximum of 10 years as long UPS has existing warranty see product page for available warranty and service plan options
• Refer to the 1-Phase Symmetra Recommended Service Lifecycle for more details.

Out-of-Warranty Options:

• We offer warranty options for out-of-warranty Symmetra UPS systems that passes Risk assessment. Please consult an authorized reseller or contact an APC Customer Care Representative for available options.
