EAE25.0: Topology tab showing Blank or white screen without displaying any Hardware catalogue

This knowledge base article explains user on How to resolve an issue which is Topology tab showing Blank or white screen without displaying any Hardware catalogue in Ecostruxure Automation Expert 25.0.

Kindly ensure that the below listed services are running without any issue. If any service is not running, then try to start them. In this scenario, all services are running fine.

There is a chance that during installation MicrosoftWebview2 has not been installed properly and due to this Topology is not displaying. For resolving this issue, User need to install the latest version of MicrosoftWebview2 software. This software can be downloaded from the link https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2

After installing the Microsoft WebView2 software, restart the PC and EAE Topology starts to display all the components as normal. In case, the issue is not resolved, please contact Ecostruxure Automation Expert Support.
