Issue
Event Timestamps in Management Console are displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) rather than in local time. Adjusting the server time zone in Windows settings has no effect on the timestamps.

Resolution 1: Older Versions
A timestamp setting in Management Console is not configured correctly.
- Open the Event tab under Devices or Sites, whichever is showing UTC time.
 - Right-click the grey section in the title bar and select Properties.
 - Select the Row Properties tab from the Option window.
 - Check the Convert timestamps to local date and time box.

Resolution 2: Newer Versions
- Open Managment Console
 - Click on Tools > Options
 - Make sure the box for "Convert Timestamps to local date and time" is selected

All timestamps will now be displayed in the local time zone of the computer running Management Console.
NOTE: This setting is applied to all Event timestamps.
