How to replace the XPSLCM1150 unit ?

has to be replaced by

●XPSMCMCP0802 safety controller

● Such modular controller can replace an external muting relay like the XPSLCM1150 unit.

● In the «Sosafe configurable» software linked to the controller, you configurate the muting parameters (sensors number 2 or 4…), and combine the override function if required.

● Curtain(s) have to be configurated in automatic start and without EDM.

● For a second light curtain, you need to add some input extension XPSMCMDI0800 or the  XPSMCMMX0802, to connect all the inputs, depending on the requested number.

● Suitable to another sensor technology : limit switches, inductive sensors, ultrasonic sensors, used in a 4 muting sensor system.

●Wiring diagram with a 4 muting sensors application (photoelectric cells in thru beam), transmitters not represented.

●Example of configuration using « Sosafe configurable » software

● 1 light curtain with a sequential muting using 4 muting sensors ( photoelectric cells in thrubeam )
