MiCOM S1 Studio

Cause

This error occurs when MiCOM S1 Studio does not have the required data model files installed for the relay you are trying to connect to. Each relay family (e.g., P12x, P14x, P24x, P44x) requires its own data model pack.

Resolution

• Install the correct data model pack for your relay series.
• Data model packs are available from Schneider Electric’s MiCOM S1 Studio download page or through local Schneider technical support.
