Resolution
Each Modbus TCP/IP connection has a separate receive buffer. The buffer size is large and
could hold many messages depending on the size of the message. Tests have shown that over
20 messages have been buffered per connection with no losses. In a worst case configuration,
the amount of time (message time-out) that the client must wait for a response to a request should
be dramatically increased
