Is it possible to configure ring topology with Modbus and Modbus Plus communication networks.
Modbus and Modbus Plus networks support line and star topology only. These networks cannot be configured in ring topology.

However, it is possible to connect the devices in dual cable network topology in Modbus and Modbus Plus networks.
