Where can I find the FO (Factory Order) number for an M-Flex drive?
Issue:
Need to identify the Factory Order number for an enclosed M-Flex drive.

Enclosed Altivar 61, Enclosed Altivar 71, Enclosed ATV61, Enclosed ATV71, M-Flex, Mflex

Cause:
To determine warranty status or check the Bill of Materials for spare parts.
Resolution:
One the back of the M-Flex enclosure door of the is the nameplate. At the bottom right is a box with the Factory Order number. The Field Wiring Diagram number should be a similar number.
