What can cause an error code EPHO on the ATV21 and ATV212 (also S-Flex) drives?
Issue:
ATV212: EPHO or output phase loss fault
Product Line:
ATV212, ATV21, S-Flex
Environment:
All models and serial numbers
Cause:
Motor may not be connected.
Resolution:
Check that the motor is connected to the drive.
If the unit has a bypass option you will have to deactivate the output phase loss protection by setting F605 to 0.
