My M221 (or M241 or M251) is connected by USB and it does not answer at address 90.0.0.1…
This is a normal behavior: previous controllers as ATV IMC or M258 were seen as modems by Windows, with IP address 90.0.0.1.
This is not the case of M221, M241 and M251: they are seen as generic USB devices and they do not have an IP address when connected via USB.
