Issue:
Where can I get a part number for the temperature sensor on the Walmart system units racks?

Product Line:
Altivar ATV61 Eflex Walmart units only

Environment:
Walmart location Drives only

Cause:
They need a replacement rack sensor.

Resolution:
They need a replacement rack sensor which is not part of the Schneider Electric drive. You will need to go back thru the Novar or Emerson supplier to get these parts.
