How to install SoMachine OPC server from the SoMachine v4.x installation disk?

SoMachine v4.1, v4.2, v4.3

Resolution:
Instructions for SoMachine v4.1, v4.2, and v4.3:
1) Install the SoMachine Configuration Manager.
2) Launch the SoMachine Configuration Manager
3) Select [Customize Install]
4) Tick the checkboxes for OPC and Gateway.
5) Select the [Apply Now] button.  This will install the SoMachine OPC and Gateway components.
