External fault logic input is active

Resolution:
Needs to check the digital inputs to see if there is a log input assigned to Ext fault.
FLT menu
ETF= External Fault assignment for logic input.
LET= External Fault config Trip on High or Low
EPL=External Fault mgt Freewheel stop etc
