Why I have a popup error message “Operation unsuccessful” when I start the operation PC-to-controller download with SomachineBasicV5.1SP1 ?

Only with SoMachine Basic V5.1SP1 version  , when the application is protected by a password  , when we try to download an application from PC to M221 controller, we may have a popop error message "Operation unsuccesful" and then another popup message "could not receive reponse from controller"  in case the option "Reset memories" is not checked

In commissioning Tab, when connected to the M221 PLC, check the options download settings , and activate the option Reset memories ( see attached capture screen) in order to success to download
