What would cause the ATV212 S-flex enclosed drive to not start in hand control but works in auto control?

The ATV212 S-flex enclosed drive will not start in hand control, but works in auto control.

Cause:
Loose wire connection on the HOA switch.
Resolution:
Troubleshooting,
Start with the hand contact on the back of the HOA switch makes sure the contact is closing.
Check the wiring from the HOA switch to the A1 coil connection on the run interposing relay.
Check to make sure the drive is not in local control mode.
