Resolution:
A Trane Unit had a board that did the switching for the drive. If you've wired exactly as before, you only need to Program [Complete settings] > [Command and Reference] > [Ref Freq.1Cfg] to AI1 and [Complete Settings] [Input/Output] [R2 Configuration] to Drive Running. Be sure to configure [Simply Start].
