My RealStream pumps fail to stay running, and secondary pumps turn on when I don’t expect it.
This is typically due to not correctly configuring or wiring the “running status” sensor to the RealStream Lift Station Controller. The controller is not detecting that the pump is actually running, so it is automatically turning on the next pump. Check the wiring and configuration of the pump running status indication.
