PM5340 restarts automatically when trying to configure Modbus, Ethernet or BACnet through meter HMI
PM5340 meter restarts when trying to configure Modbus, Ethernet or BACnet through the meter HMI.
This is known issue and it is fixed in the firmware V2.1.37.
Use DLF3000 tool to upgrade the firmware and the default IP address of the meter is 85.16 as the first two values of the IP address, then convert the last two hexadecimal values of the MAC address to decimal and use these as the last two values of the IP address.
Ex: MAC address =00:80:67:82:B8:C8
Default IP =85.16.184.200
