What causes a buFo [DB unit op. circuit] fault on an ATV340 and how do I correct it?

Issue:
Customer is experiencing buFo [DB unit op. circuit] fault on an ATV340 series drives.

Product line:
ATV340

Environment:
External Braking resistor is in use.

Cause:
 Open-circuit from braking circuit.
 Braking resistor not connected.

Resolution:
 Verify the wiring of the braking resistor.
 Verify that the braking resistor ohmic value is not too high.
