You can access chat support in SE website by following the instructions below:

1) Go to your local SE Website:

Singapore: se.com/sg

Philippines: se.com/ph

Malaysia: se.com/my

2) At the SE website, click on the "Support" Tab then under dropdown menu click the link for "get a quote".

3) Under Contact Sales page, please kindly fill in all the needed information then lastly click submit.
